How do you stop time? How do you travel in time? How do you escape in time? How do you feel in time? How do you release emotion in time?

The beauty of this human-made art form brings complexity, substance, richness, harmony, and color to this world in many indescribable ways a million words can never annotate. Music has the powerful ability to provoke emotions in us that's harder to process. We instantly label it as "bad" or "good" and sometimes choose to suppress without even bothering to understand. Emotional Intelligent (EQ) is an asset and what many successful great leaders learn to master within them truly. Our brain is hard-wired to give emotions the upper hand. "Fear" is as potent as an infectious virus that can hijack you—interesting fact: 90% of high performers are also high in EQ. On the flip side, just 20% of low performers are high in EQ. People who develop their EQ tend to be successful on the job because the two go hand in hand. The stronger driver of leadership and personal excellence. (Bradberry & Greaves, 2009, Emotional Intelligence 2.0) For this reason, suppression of the neglected unknown "feelings" that we don't like to acknowledge can begin to create a blockage in our body over time, and we start to forget how it feels to feel. Emotions are fundamental and a key element, which correlates directly to our divine soul and spirit's quality. It's such a powerful tool that's genuinely intriguing. A universal force built within us in our body system surpasses all numbing agent in the market of the "supply and demand" finessing economic system of sustainability. Cough* Capitalism. No pun intended. The only organic way and healthy way is to process it. Once you do, you will realize that it's neither bad nor good. I feel like "emotions," and "triggers" are our guardian angel sent from the universe to help guide us through dark times and confusion to a more enlightened version of ourselves. It's a unique blueprint for happiness. By processing how we feel, we can better understand ourselves, other humans, and the world around us. I feel like that's the beauty of emotions. That is why I genuinely appreciate legendary creators of all time from different eras and generations who dedicated their hearts and soul to providing us sounds and tunes for decades and centuries. It's truly fascinating to me. These creators have the innovative talent, and unique skill set built to effortlessly use medium and create magic and meaning through art, films, culture, music, technology, and fashion. The common denominator is to connect us as a unison harmoniously, just like music. That's the true meaning of life and what our body, mind, and soul crave. At the end of life, what matters is not what we bought but what we built, not what we got but what we shared, not our competence but our character; and not our success, but our significance. Live a life that matters. Live a life of love.
